What You Need To Know About Our Cocktail Catering Service

We recommend staffing one bartender for every 50 guests attending your event.

Florida law states that we cannot sell clients alcohol for a profit. However, we can pick up the alcohol prior to the event to eliminate the extra hassle.

After booking with us, we will set up an appointment either over the phone or at the venue to discuss where the bar setup will be built.

If you want to have a signature drink for your event, we will also set up a meeting to taste test different signature drink options.

We are licensed, insured, and food handling-certified.

We require half of the total cost of our services as a down payment to reserve the date. The second half of the payment will be due no later than 72 hours before the event.

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event date are nonpunitive, and any security deposit paid will be credited 100% for any future booking with Mobile Mixology.

For cancellations or rescheduling less than 30 days prior to the event, Mobile Mixology may choose to retain up to 100% of payments made for that particular booking.

These include, but are not limited to, any security deposits, balance payments, or additional payments made.
